Once initial strategies have been put in place, they must be monitored to help create alignment. Life is always changing and your strategy needs to be flexible enough to change with you and grow along with your business or family. We'll schedule reviews at the clients’ appetite to review the strategy and see if changes are in order.

Elliot M. Barry - Founding Partner & COO
Elliot is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of The Forward Group, where he has dedicated over 12 years to helping individuals, families, and small businesses make informed, impactful financial decisions. His approach centers on deeply understanding each client’s unique objectives, needs, and priorities to create personalized financial strategies that not only address current goals but also lay the foundation for future generations.
Elliot began his career in financial services while studying at the University of Central Oklahoma. After graduating, he returned to Pennsylvania to start his own practice before relocating to Florida with his wife, Elisha and two children Sam and Stella.
Outside of his professional role, Elliot is passionate about spending time with his family, enjoying golf, and embracing the outdoors.
